For example, we offer discounts based on many factors.  The most common being volume, but consistent, quality files at a lower volume are easier to manage than an inconsistent high volume IBO with lower quality files.  A quality file is a client that understands the program, has realistic expectations, and actively participates by sending letters and responses in upon receipt.  We may offer the lower volume partner a discount because of these factors.  We always strive to offer the sharpest price possible, without jeopardizing service or results.
